From the very beginning, we’ve set ourselves apart by offering not just one, but *two* dedicated wedding planners for every event. We believe that having two experienced professionals ensures seamless communication, continuity, and peace of mind. If anything unexpected should happen to one planner, you can rest assured that the other planner, who has been with you from day one, will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day.
While we’ve had the honor of coordinating a variety of traditional weddings, we also specialize in bringing vibrant Indian weddings to life. Having fallen in love with the destination, Elsa has never looked back, and her journey in the world of weddings began almost immediately after she set foot in this breathtaking part of Mexico.
Elsa’s deep understanding of what it takes to bring a couple’s vision to life stems from her years of hands-on experience. Starting out as a wedding planner and vendor, she worked across multiple facets of the industry, including design, rentals, and floral arrangements. This comprehensive background has given her the ability to seamlessly orchestrate every element of a wedding, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.
Her career has also allowed her to work alongside some of the top wedding designers in the world, learning the art of precision and the importance of even the smallest details. Elsa is known for her innate ability to connect with couples, truly understanding their vision and translating it into a beautiful, cohesive celebration that reflects their personal style.

Originally from Mexico City, MJ arrived in Los Cabos more than 20 years ago, bringing with her the passion and enthusiasm characteristic of her hometown. Having also worked in Puerto Vallarta and throughout Mexico, MJ's extensive background spans hotel sales, group management, and large-scale event coordination, giving her a unique skill set that’s perfect for handling all aspects of luxury weddings and events.
As the co-founder of Palms Wedding & Events, MJ excels at managing every detail of a couple’s special day. From negotiating contracts and managing the logistics of food and beverage service to overseeing entertainment, photography, videography, and the critical details of hair and makeup, MJ ensures that everything flows seamlessly. Her background in high-end hospitality allows her to juggle multiple moving parts with ease, ensuring that the couple and their guests can relax and enjoy the celebration without worry.

Giovanni curates and shares beautiful photos and videos from past events, giving couples inspiration and a glimpse into the unforgettable moments hosted at Palms. He also lends a hand behind the scenes, assisting with event logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
