Competing with the fact that we live 2000+ miles away in Chicago and bought/moved into a new home a month before the wedding (don't recommend doing this at the same time) -- Elsa & MJ worked with our budget, found us amazing vendors, and made sure we had as stress free of a wedding planning experience you can have.

Every single piece of our wedding from the hotel for our guests to the welcome event to the wedding itself was a perfect moment. You can trust them to make sure you have an incredible experience and to be honest, when it was all said and done, we were a little bummed that we wouldn't be having our normal calls to catch up with the team anymore. If you are thinking about hiring Palms, do it - it will be the best investment for your wedding day and decision you make leading up to your wedding day.

Remy + I got married at the Esperanza Resort on June 30th, 2024 and hosted 5 events - all lead and planned by Palms. I live in NY/Miami and needed on the ground help in Cabo - what you get with Elsa, MJ & Mayte is so much more than just planners, you gain friends who get to know you so well they can finish your sentences.

There is no mountain high enough, no valley low enough to keep Elsa & MJ from learning about you - these two are a dynamic duo and will stop at nothing to learn as much as they can about you - I didn't realize it until after the wedding, but there were so many little things that happened throughout our weekend because Elsa/MJ just went the extra mile/saw something on my Pinterest/noticed a photo on our drive/saw an IG post - they are truly the most thoughtful and diligent humans.

I am no easy bride and Elsa and MJ handled everything in stride. They are communicative, patient, kind, funny and handle everything with professionalism - a special throwback to my mental breakdown three weeks before the wedding about décor which resulted in Elsa sitting on the floor of a warehouse (for hours) while facetiming me to show me different colored napkins (yes, NAPKINS...this is a true story lol!!).

Our wedding weekend was nothing short of amazing. Palms brought all my dreams to life and if you think they can't, trust me - they can.
